We would like to welcome within our family a new IANTD Egypt facility in Sharm

Dive One www.dive1one.com is situated inside the Coral Beach Rotana Resort Montazah in Sharm and will be the first IANTD Egypt Facility focused mainly on the recreational diving activity.

Thanks to all the wonderful people and staff who works in Dive One, each one with years of experiences in the diving business in the Red Sea, this facility can bring to divers, both experienced and newer, an ultimate way to learn this wonderful activity in the best possible way.

Hatem Mahmoud, owner and manager of Dive One Diving Centre, is not only a very experienced manager especially for this kind of business, but he is also devoted on bringing to customers a service and quality to a top level. This is probably one of the reasons why he chose IANTD, to offer something different and bring quality to this market.

IANTD Egypt has gained new Instructor Facilities. By Marc Crane - 24/07/09

CCR Rebreather Diving Safaga Red Sea Egypt

IANTD Egypt is very pleased to welcome some new valued Instructor Training and Training Facilities as well as Instructors into the ever growing family of IANTD professional service providers here in Egypt. IANTD Egypt would however firstly like to officially retract the black listing status of the Orca Dive Clubs and their staff (Volker Clausen, Birga Wiesert and Marc Crane) we regret any negative impression this may have made to any member of the diving industry and the visiting diving public.

The Orca Dive Clubs are now the latest member of the growing number of Training Facilities that are active here in Egypt. With the signing up of the Orca Dive Clubs, IANTD Egypt has acquired prestigious new facilities and a well known brand which will help all of us to strengthen our increasing market share here in Egypt.

Orca Dive Clubs started Technical Diving activities in 1997 because of the foresight and vision of the company’s founder and owner Volker Clausen. Volker realised very early on that the Red Sea offered the perfect conditions for all levels of technical diving, with an abundance of pristine reefs and awesome wrecks. However up until this point divers were conducting these dives with only breathing air and little or no understanding of the increased risks of narcosis and gas planning/management.
